On Saturday, November 14th, Haichuang International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. held a one-day training on the theme of "Building a High-Performance Team Driving Force" at the Atour Hotel in Hangzhou. A total of 21 Haichuang employees participated, from four offices in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Taizhou and Jiaxing.

Before the official training session, Haichuang employees formed five teams, namely: Watermelon Team, Lucky Team, Gang of Four, Chuxin Team, and Double Yan Team.

The training instructor is Mr. Hu Weimin. He has 20 years of practical experience in management and marketing. He has helped many companies to build very dynamic and high-performance teams.

Mr. Hu Weimin described the three processes required to build a high-performance team through case analysis, scenario drills, and short video playback, namely, expectations for high-performance teams, identification of team members, and training of team members. The classroom atmosphere was lively and interesting, and Haichuang students also actively asked questions and spoke.

It is worth mentioning that during the training, Mr. Hu led everyone to take a DISC personality test and interpret it. This opportunity to re-understand himself aroused everyone's great interest and enthusiasm, and pushed the classroom atmosphere to a climax.

At five o'clock in the afternoon, when the sun was setting, the students of Haichuang also finished the whole day's training on the theme of "Building a High-Performance Team Driving Force", and their life was still forging ahead.
