Roast | Turning Suggestions into Action, Driving Real Change
After the last session of the Histrong "Roast" Session, we listened carefully to every voice and turned every great idea into tangible improvements in our daily work. With this progress, a new session of the Histrong Roast is officially here. Let roasting be the starting point of change, and let communication be the driving force for progress. We look forward to growing closer with every Histrong team member through honest dialogue, and moving forward together through collective action.
This time, the check-in method was a little different! Some drew cute self-portraits, some left stylish signatures, and others got creative with unique marks of their own. Every roast gets a response, and every good voice deserves to be seen. After a company-wide vote, classmates Wan and Wu won over the audience with their most authentic expressions and were honored as this session's "Best Roasters," each receiving a small gift.

Accompanied by delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed slow dining and easy conversations. Amid the great flavors, everyone spoke openly from the heart and chatted freely.

The lucky draw rotated from hand to hand, with the "lottery tube of fate" passed among everyone. Those lucky enough to draw the "Egg Bonus Sign" received a beautiful calendar on the spot; those who drew the "Q&A Sign" had to openly face a variety of playful questions printed on their slip. By the end of the game, everyone had quietly grown closer, and a new sense of familiarity and mutual understanding had taken root among us.

Let every word of feedback be heard, and let every question find its answer. We extend our gratitude to every Haichuang team member who spoke with honesty and wit—your sincerity and wisdom are the real driving forces that make Haichuang better. In response to the suggestions raised during the meeting, the company has made the following decisions:
1)Efficiency Tools & Administrative Support
1. Step-by-step system training: To address the time-consuming issue with the reimbursement system, the Finance Department will collaborate with the Branding & Communications Department to launch standardized video tutorials by the end of July, making the reimbursement process clear and easy to follow.
2. One-click role lookup: To resolve the issue of unclear internal points of contact, employees can now go to the "Information System Account Activation" module on the Enterprise WeChat workbench at any time to directly access the contact information of the responsible person, eliminating the need to ask around.
2) Flexible Adaptation of Special Work Hours
In response to the special time-zone requirements of Chenxin Shipping's Overseas Department when liaising with overseas agents, it has been confirmed that Overseas Team 1 will implement a flexible working system, with direct oversight by the team leader, to meet both business coordination needs and employee care objectives.
3)Training & Growth
In response to issues such as the lengthy learning curve for new hires and the disconnect between Chenxin Academy's content and actual work needs, the Training Department has received the feedback and will flexibly adjust the learning duration, as well as add more offline hands-on exchange sessions and case-based teaching to reduce rigid theoretical instruction.
4)Performance Optimization
Newcomer inquiry targets are not "hard mandates": To clarify, the 10-inquiry target for new sales representatives in their first month is not a strict red line. It will be flexibly set by each business leader based on the new hire's background and actual circumstances, with the aim of providing guidance and motivation rather than applying pressure.
Every voice deserves to be seen, and every pain point is a starting point for improvement. Thank you to all our colleagues for your candid feedback, and please continue to monitor the implementation of these measures. We are committed to creating a transparent, efficient, and fair working environment — where the frontline can be heard, and support can keep up!
