The new season of Roast Conference has arrived as scheduled. Everyone opens up in an atmosphere of honesty, bridging gaps and building consensus through laughter. All the suggestions raised have been organized and are being systematically addressed, ensuring that every complaint resonates and every trust is not betrayed.
01 Icebreaker warm-up
We have always believed that valuable feedback often grows in a relaxed atmosphere.
In a casual chat setting, everyone drew closer to each other through simple 'self-introductions'.



Then, the ice-breaking game 'I Have, You Don't' was launched. After a few rounds, laughter was continuous, and the sense of unfamiliarity across cities and job positions was unknowingly dispersed.

Everyone, while savoring the delicious food, openly shared their thoughts with each other, speaking one after another, clearly voicing all those 'grievances'.
02 Speak freely
The event was warm and orderly, and what everyone looked forward to the most was the 'roasting' segment. There was no fixed speaking order, nor were there any prepared speeches; speakers were chosen randomly and spoke spontaneously. Every word and sentence written on the notes carried a heartfelt wish for Chen Xin to do better.





Everyone, in a relaxed atmosphere, talks about real troubles, discusses specific blockages, and also casually shares their own "problem-solving ideas."
Here, there is no blaming anyone; there is only "let's think of a solution together." When "complaints" are taken seriously, they become the most sincere form of co-creation.
03 Roast the coronation
Complaining is meant to help us move more steadily, while the warmth and kindness around us are the confidence that allows us to go further. Stepping out of problems and pain points, our work is never lacking in reliable partners, supportive leaders, and heartwarming moments:

04 Gather ideas from all sides

Complaining is not the end, but the starting point for improvement.
Regarding the suggestions raised in the meeting, the company has reviewed and summarized them and made the following optimizations and adjustments:
1.A new 'Quarterly Best Team Collaboration Award' has been added to positively encourage efficient cross-department communication and to connect the collaboration chain among sales, customer service, and operations.
2.Optimize the quality control standards of the new employee gift package, improve product quality, and enhance the on boarding experience for new employees.
3.In line with the demands of sales for gifts for clients, the Marketing and Promotion Department regularly collects feedback from sales on customer gift needs, and bulk customizes client gifts that combine practicality, quality, and a sense of exclusivity, to assist sales in carrying out client maintenance work.
4.Increase offline team-building activities, as well as cultural and sports activities such as badminton and basketball, to strengthen the relationships and cooperation among colleagues.
